Quality System

We maintain full traceability from raw material to final shipment. Our innovation approach to quality work and inspection standard, utilizes 3D digital image database permitting quick product updates dimensional and visual inspections. Custom jigs and fixtures are used for in-process checks at the workstations. We will design a quality process to meet your specific needs.


Highly trained technicians use various measuring and test equipment to insure that the quality of our stamping parts meet or exceed customer requirements. 3D & CMM equipment, with a statistical software package and line functional gauging, are used to monitor our processes. Additional equipment, such as push-pull tester, torque gauge tester, profile projecter and radius gauge, helps us to maintain our high quality standards.


All of our manufacturing facilities are ISO 9001 : 2000 and TS16949 certified. We have demostrated that our commitment to quality is backed by action at every level of our organization. We are a certified supplier to some of our larger customers in Asia-Pacific, US and Europe with our products going directly to their production lines.
